Arctic Ease® pads are great to use anywhere you can’t use Arctic Ease wrap such as your shoulder, hip or lower back. Pads are generally one use and only come in white right now and they usually stay in place to the applied area. Arctic Ease® pads are sold in a three pack and each patch is 4″ x 6″.
